Hello! My name is Maddie, and I am the owner of Timeless Timelines. One of my favorite parts of owning Timeless is working with an incredible team I can trust to take great care of our clients. Everyone is a team player, works well together, and has truly become like family.
My favorite part of the wedding day is right before I send the bride down the aisle. I get to see her excitement, nerves, and emotions as she’s about to marry her best friend – it’s the most rewarding moment to witness.
A fun fact about me: I’ve had two home births with my two sons, Griffin and Banks!

Mackenzie Torquato
Hey hey! My name is Mackenzie Torquato, and I love getting to work in such a great environment with a team that is hard-working, motivated, and dedicated to making our clients’ dreams a reality! I love being able to see new trends, the little details that are special to each individual couple, and watching two families come together.
Some fun facts about me: I started in the wedding industry during my senior year of high school, I have my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from San Diego State, and I will never turn down a dance party!

Sara Mitose
Hey there! My name is Sara, and I love working with the kindest, most inspiring, and hard-working team! It always inspires me when I can make people’s dreams come true alongside such an amazing group of people.
I love getting to see so many traditions expressed through ceremonies and decor, and one of my favorite parts of the wedding day is congratulating the bride and groom when they first come back down the aisle right after being married. I love the look of awe, excitement, and love on their faces!
One fun fact about me is that I absolutely love the beach and surfing, but I strongly dislike seafood! Yes… even shrimp!

Rachel Schneider
Hi! My name is Rachel. I love being a part of the Timeless team – everyone always shows up with such a great attitude! I always look forward to coming to work; in fact, I have a hard time calling it work! Seeing everyone’s different styles is one of my many favorite parts of this job – I haven’t seen two events look the same, which I absolutely love. Catch me tearing up during the vows, first dances, and speeches.
A few fun facts about me: Timeless Timelines planned my own wedding, which is when I decided I wanted to join the team! I also have two young children, enjoy making macrame, and did a rap speech to Fresh Prince of Bel-Air at my sister’s wedding.

Maribel Solis
Hi, my name is Maribel, and I love working at Timeless Timelines because it gives me the opportunity to be creative and put my love for weddings to use. I feel inspired on the job, and I love being able to make the client feel happy and special on their big day. I also love working with such an amazing team—each and every one of them is super supportive and so inspirational. They are truly the best!
My favorite part of a wedding is the speeches. I love listening to stories about the bride and groom and all the love that is shown through the words of their loved ones.
Fun fact about me: I love dancing while I cook. I even have a sign on one of my kitchen walls that says, “This Kitchen is for Dancing.”
